Setting up your Workcenter
Account Management
The Account Management page is where you can change the name and subdomain for your organization. To reach Account Management, use the following steps:
- Log in to Workcenter
- Expand the menu by clicking on the main menu button on the top left corner
- In the menu bar, click on the carrot dropdown next to the company name and select Account Management
From here, you will be presented with the ability to edit the name and subdomain of your organization. In order to do so, click on the Edit button on the top right corner. The subdomain needs to be a minimum of five characters. Enter the new name and subdomain.
