Here you will learn the details of Shop Finances with Workcenter. Make sure you're set up to get paid for all the work you complete.
To view your Shop Finances, click on the menu button in the top left corner and select Shop Finances.
Once clicked, you will be brought to the page shown below where you can view your Shop Finances with your Upcoming Payouts and Account Snapshot.
From your Shop Finances page, you are able to view your statement balance as shown below.
From your Shop Finances, if you navigate to the Statements tab and click details on the desired statement, you will be shown the details of your statement with date, description, adjustments, and amount.
You can view your Transactions from your Shop Finances by clicking the Transactions button next to the Invoices button as shown in the screenshot below.
You’ll receive weekly payments on Fridays for jobs completed 4 weeks prior. For example, a job completed on August 7, 2020, will be paid out on September 4, 2020.
You can see the breakdown of each payment in the Payouts tab of your Shop Finances. Here you can see how we come to the final number. You may also view your pay statement in the Payout job details.
On your Shop Finance page, you’ll be able to view all of your scheduled payout dates and the jobs included in each payout.
Occasionally, payouts will fall on a holiday. Holidays occurring on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, will shift the payout date to the beginning of the following week.
How long does it take for a completed job to appear in upcoming payouts?
Any jobs completed through the job board will appear in Upcoming Payouts as soon as the job is marked as completed. Jobs in Upcoming Payouts will follow the Payout schedule shown below:
- You’ll receive weekly payments on Fridays for jobs completed 4 weeks prior. For example, a job completed on August 7, 2020, will be paid out on September 4, 2020.
- Payouts occur 27-33 days after job completion, depending on the day of the week the job is completed.
Any Project work will appear in Upcoming Payouts when the job is marked complete. Projects will be paid out 28 days after the Project is marked complete.
If a completed job is missing from your Shop Finances, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Updating Banking Information
To update banking information click Shop Finances from your Navigation panel in Xometry Workcenter. Then click Financial Settings.
Under Financial Information click Edit. You can now change your routing and account numbers.
