Thomas WebTrax: Signup

Sign up for Thomas WebTrax! Here's an overview of the steps needed to sign up:

If you are looking to get started with WebTrax, please utilize this secure form and  fill it out in browser incognito mode: https://wt1admin.webtraxs.com/signup/index.html

(This way, any site information is transmitted securely to the WebTrax team rather than through insecure email.)

Currently, there are two separate registrations for Thomas:

1. The registration to be a user on the Thomas Profile Manager platform: https://www.thomasnet.com/account/register

2. The registration to be a WebTrax user: https://webtrax.thomasnet.com/register/login

Once you are signed up to both portals, these are the steps to follow:

1. Ensure the company profile on Thomas is claimed: https://www.thomasnet.com/claim
2. Both portals mentioned above utilize the same email address
3. The email address is a part of your company's Team in the Thomas Profile Manager portal
4. You add webtraxs@thomasnet.com to your safe senders list and email address book
   1. Contact your webmail provider or ISP to add webtraxs@thomasnet.com to your safe senders list (the WebTrax confirmation email tends to come 1 business day after registration)
5. You are signed into both portals with the same email address.
