New Thomas Customers - Get Started With WebTrax 

If you are a new Thomas customer and do not yet have WebTrax access, request WebTrax access here »

You will also need to ensure that: 

  1. The company profile on Thomas is claimed. Claim Your Company here »
  2. The email address you are using for WebTrax is a part of your company's Team in the Thomas Profile Manager portal. Check your Team Settings here »
  3. webtraxs@thomasnet.com is added to your safe senders list and email address book
    1. Contact your webmail provider or ISP to add webtraxs@thomasnet.com to your safe senders list (the WebTrax confirmation email tends to come 1 business day after registration)
