What do the different options mean in “Next Steps” when communicating with a Buyer?

  • Assign: Forward/send a message to one of your team members.
  • Mark as Closed: Buyers won’t be able to communicate with you on a specific inquiry unless they request to do so again.
  • Report a Message: Notify us that someone is reaching out with spam or harassment.
  • View Conversation Info: See the company type, number of employees, and other information about the buyer.
