View and qualify incoming RFIs, phone calls, and white paper downloads in your Leads inbox.

This allows you to view and quickly qualify all incoming RFIs in one place. 

You can also respond to RFIs directly from your email inbox. Quickly qualify leads on a scale of 1-5 when you receive an RFI email. A rating of 1, 2, or 3 disqualifies the lead and informs the buyer you are not interested; a rating of 4 or 5 qualifies the lead and notifies the buyer that you are likely to respond.
